This second part of Modern Bön VA takes the name from the central phase of the Pranayama meditation, the keeping phase - by holding the breath in the frontal upper part of the forehead, where Ajna dwells, and observing the immanence of the not-movement. The contemplation focuses on the illusion of ego, accept the impermanence, and get prepared to dissolve the illusion and reveal the immensity of real life beyond the illusion of Maya.

To express this phase, in this second VA part we gathered the most ritual-focused contributions, in order to shape this chapter as an immanent, engulfing continuous contemplation, after the gates of mind have been wide opened through the first part, more focused on the dilatated, ambient aspect.
This chapter is therefore the most ritualistic one.
